Set Up Fees £195.00
Set up fees include:

· Carry out accompanied viewings
· Deposit Security/Registration with a government authorised scheme
· Tenant referencing/credit checks/right to rent checks
· Complete contractual paperwork and provide all legally prescribed documentation

Vacant Property Management Fee – To cover the costs of visiting the
property to undertake checks inside and out at a frequency agreed with

Withdrawal
If a landlord withdraws a property once marketing has begun a cancelation fee of £175.00 will be payable.
Termination
In the event that a landlord withdraws the property or wishes to terminate the contract with Coastal Lettings & Property Management Limited then one months’ notice is required in writing and a termination fee of the equivalent of three months commission will be charged and will be deducted from the last months’ rent.
Find Only Option
Tenant find only service is charged at 75% of the first months’ rent, to include all items listed in the ‘Set up’ excluding quarterly visits. Photographic inventory is also included.
